Notary story

I ran across this online. Given that no one asked me for proof of commission when I ordered my seal, I am surprized this doesn't happen more often!

I too was not asked to provide proof of commission when I ordered my seal. However when I received my seal the enclosed paperwork stated "verified with Ky SOS".

her ability to operate her buisiness and it was ll the State's fault!. She needs to ask for a jury trial, rmember the Menendez brothers in LA who killed their parents and then tried to use the defense that they were orphans. Yeah right, I watched on of the jurors on TV after the trial "but they were orphans"!
