Harry - Out with the old.....

Harry,

I know it is very common practice for people to sign-on with NotRot, get a basic membership and then do nothing with it. I saw the following on the membership information page:

Notice: Basic Members must sign in at least once every 3 months to update their profiles. Profiles that have not been updated recently will be deleted. To create a profile, click the Join link on our home page.


So how come I see profiles that haven't been updated in well over a year? Are these people signing in at least every 3 months? Let's clean em out.....

I was wondering about that myself JB

25% in my area go back YEARS, when I attempt to find someone I can refer I notice the last update is 1-2 years old.

We are gearing-up to send out the next round of notifications calling for profile updates. Once those have been sent and after the recipients have had ample time to respond, we will begin the purge.

We have been slow to do this because we've been wanting to get a few more features in-place before the notifications are sent. Since we don't ordinarily send Notary Rotary updates/announcements via e-mail, that is about the least intrusive way to let people know of enhancements.
