Harry: add CITY ability to "find a notary" graphic - home pg

Harry -

I love the new look of NotaryRotary's home page.

Would you please add "Search by city" to the "Find a notary" graphic?

My non-loan clients almost never search for a notary by zip code.

Someone from out of town wouldn't know the local zip codes. Those of us serving areas with airports and sea ports get out of town clients. Notaries living near a state or national border get them, too.

I realize that searching by zip code is the traditional way directory sites offer a visitor to find a notary. But with loan volume down, we notaries need to attract different types of customers.

Thanks for the best advertising vehicle on the internet!

There is one Laura. Check the link on the top right of the box. I'm pretty sure that's the City or County lookup you're looking for.

You still have to type in the postal code. I think what she meant was just a city search without the zip code having to be entered.

To compete with other directories, we need it on home page

Lorraine

Thanks for pointing out the option. But it is on the "Find a notary" tab, not on the home page.

My concern is that potential customers will get Notary Rotary's homepage and see that they need a zip code. They will see that and move onto another directory's website. People scan websites, they don't read them carefully.

If I were someone new to Notary Rotary and looking for a notary, it wouldn't occur to me that a city search option would be on another page of this website.

Harry's biggest competitor has several search type choices on his home page, front and center. I am grateful to Harry for all he does for us and want him to be on top.
