anybody knows how to become a vendor for FISERV Lending Solu
I have to been to the web site of FISERV Lending Solutions and see that they offer closing services - but I did not find anything on how to become a vendor. Any one knows how to contact them for getting a signing agent application package.

Thanks to both of you. As Fiserv, LSI, First American and Land AM have made arrangements with NNA for Background screening, so I am trying to become vendors for those companies which will use NNA screening - instead of getting a seperate screening for each title and signing company and ruining my credit.

Re: anybody knows how to become a vendor for FISERV Lending
A CBC does not, should not, include a credit check, so there should be no hit on your credit scores. They may do a "soft" check to see if there is any derogatory items, but that does not "cost" 10 points and isn't specific as to what, when or why.
Also, Fiserv does not require NNA checks. They can and will do their own, if necessary. From their website and information that I have:
"We will accept a CBC through either our own internal CBC program or through the CBC program offered by the National Notary Association (NNA). We do not require Closing Affiliate/Vendors to be members of the NNA to be part of our network. "
