I had an interesting conversation w/ a low ball ss the other

day. they asked me to do a $40 signing and I said no thx and quoted my fee. I was told no they were able to get esp the new notaries who are willing to work for those prices....

I told her yes and they do not know what they are doing and come here to ask for help and most of the people do not give them help for basic questions and they have no clue what they are doing... do you really want that reputation for your company of an NSA that screws up?

she said they do not worry about it as there are not so many screw up that they accept it.....

JEEZZZZZZZZZZZZ

First, geeeeeez to $40. I haven't ever heard of a number that low (for a loan package). Second, one good thing is that that type of SA won't be in business very long...

No, they won't last in biz for those fees, BUT ...

doesn't change the math, as long as The Machine keeps making them. As one crop folds, another goes to market.

Whack A Mole! And, each "mole" has paid XYZ or someother get-rich-quick, CA-really-does-need-more-NSAa---it's just marketing (to low baller ss), a handsome training fee, money for books and supllies, memberships, backround screening, logo-encrusted toilet paper, etc. What a deal!

Of course, I should not be too cynical. There are always those who have gotten rich accepting low fees.... (Msg #183205).
