Much of my business nowadays is reverse mortgages; in fact, since I charge more for them, they may well constitute the majority of my revenues.

I have observed that RevMort closings are minimal around the EOM. On the other hand, I will get a cluster of them each month right after the first. Then they will continue pretty steady until they begin to taper off around the EOM.

Anybody have any idea why this might be?
