Title Source - One of the VERY BEST, if not the BEST!!!!
I did several signings for Title Source last month and they have paid me for all but one that was done last Monday night. Docs go to the borrower, the borrower is fully informed and the signings go so smooth that it's almost scary. I will work with them any time.

do you guys...
get their orders thru JMT or NotaryPro? That's how they get signers here. They don't work with us directly.

but they both only will part with $50. for a signing because they o.n. the borrower and tack on another $25. if they e-doc you.

I get more than $50 and I have never had edocs. Docs go to the borrower, several days prior to signing so that if they have any questions, or problems with docs, they can be fixed. In and out quick, borrowers are happy. (Life is good)

but I just got off the phone with JMT and they said my fee was too high and that they 'have' to call the $50. notaries.
I've been busy but business has dropped off and I know why. It's not because there isn't a lot going on here, if you get my drift.

Is this Title Source found at http://www.titlesourceinc.com? If so, they are affiliated with
T.S.I. Escrow, Inc. in CA. TSI Escrow was issued a cease & decist order from CA Insurance commissioner about a year ago, http://www.insurance.ca.gov/0400-news/0100-press-releases/0070-2006/release047-06.cfm. Does any one have any experience with TSI Escrow?
