County and ink color

Just had to pick up an original recorded deed from 2005 as it is being re-recorded to correct legal description.

This is from a county, considered picky about ink color.

On it has a blue smudge stamp from the county treasurer indicating there is no back taxes, a blue and red "received for recording stamp" and red inked label show the amount paid for the county/state transfer tax.

Nothing important, just a tad annoying that they will reject our stuff for things not being printed in black and they produce a very colorful document after they are done with it.
