ESS Update

This is an update to the message I wrote on 8/1. The borrower for the ESS closing that I was suppose to do on 7/31 called me today. She said when she got home from the hospital another notary was waiting for her. She told him she was not signing any loan documents. She said since then the broker has called her and she told him forget it. What goes around comes around!
