Harry, how close are we to a Signing Central fix?

Along with many others, I would like to add signing services to the list and comment on them, but the system tells me the company is already listed, although it's not.

I think this system, once it's completely functional, will be THE one-stop shop for signing agents. Thanks, Harry & team.

Thank you for the encouragement. Wait until we have signings incorporated into the company profiles. Smile

There are still two problems that remain (neither of which are system problems - more like "data" issues) related to additions:

1) We have a number of companies in the database that do not have geographies assigned to them. I gave Traci a list of about 70 the other day to research and I believe she is half-way through that list. Some were fairly large companies, like NREIS, that we did not have coded as operating in ANY state. (Meaning they're there, but you can't see them after signing in.)

2) There are a number of smaller companies that have created notary profiles for themselves and the duplication check MAY be considering those profiles. I need to review this to see how I have it working - I should be able to restrict the search to signing services and titles only.

In any event, we receive a notification every time someone attempts to add a company and the add fails, including all relevant information. We are able to research those and adjust things accordingly. As such, any companies you have attempted to add may display at a later time. (Hopefully within a number of days.)

Not sure if there is a procedure to report problems with the information listed for a company ilisted in Signing Central. One example that I would submit relates to All Pro Signing Solutions...their business phone number is no longer in service and email sent the posted address is returned as not deliverable. FYI through a title company I located a working number: 866 517 1200.
