Before anyone jumps on my back, I know there are other threads re: non-pymt on this co. I want to ask if anyone has been able to reach Matt or Dave within the last week or so. I was told pymt for 1 of the 3 they owe me would go out last week but, of course, I'm still waiting. I call now & NO ONE answers the phone. I just want to get my small claims suit in before they totally go under.

How do we submit small claims suits against these signing services when we reside in a completely different state than the company? I was told that we are actually bringing suit against the owner of the company not the "company" itself.

What have you done in attempt to get your money?
