I received bankruptcy filing paperwork from EFS attorneys
in the mail today. Two were "Order Approving Employment of Campbell & Levine, LLC, as Legal Counsel for Debtors" and the other two were "Order Directing Joint Administration of the Debtors' Chapter 11 Cases". Two different case numbers.

Re: I received bankruptcy filing paperwork from EFS attorney
Does it mean that all of us that are owe by EFS will get this paperwork?

I believe that you will receive a letter if you filed papers to make a claim with the correct office.

Re: I received bankruptcy filing paperwork from EFS attorney
I didn't file any papers for a claim. All I had done was send my invoice back with the executed loan docs, which was just before EFS shut their doors. I didn't have any other deals they owed me for - just the one.
The postmark on the envelope is Dec 3rd from PA. I would suspect that others will be receiving something soon.

Those who are included on EFS's schedules of creditors
should receive notification of the bankruptcy filing, which should include the date and time of the meeting of creditors, the last day to file claims, etc. at the very least. I won't speculate as to what else creditors might receive. If you aren't listed, you shouldn't expect to receive notification or any other mailings until you file a proof of claim.
The Order Directing Joint Administration of the Debtors' Chapter 11 Cases should provide the case number under which all the cases are consolidated. It *might* be that you will be directed to file your claim under the case number of the debtor which owes you money, or maybe all will be directed to file under the consolidated case number. It's hard to say. Technically, unless otherwise ordered by the court, it used to be that IF you were listed as a creditor, you didn't have to file a claim in a Chapter 11 case unless you disagreed with how or in what amount your claim was listed. It's easier to just file a claim than to find out how you're listed.
The best advice I can give is to seek out the counsel of an attorney knowledgeable in bankruptcy law if you don't feel comfortable representing your own interests.

I received a copy of Bankruptcy papers today
Thought it was junk mail. I guess they are notifying "all creditors and parties of interest." My last closing with them was in July, received payment in Sept. and they shorted me $25. I just wrote it off as a bad debt. I feel for those that are owed more. I consider myself lucky.
