Identification in the State of Florida

In Florida there are instances where the middle name on the identification on the drivers license of a woman is different than what is on the deed.

The reason is that in many jurisdictions, woman were/are required to put their maiden name as their middle name instead of their birth certificate middle name. The deed could have the birth certificate middle name due to buying the property when they were residents of another state and when they moved to Florida on a permanent basis they changed to a Florida license.

Other that getting another valid identification such as a passport or 2 credible witness's to verify that woman with two different middle names is one and the same person is there another way to make sure I have done my job in the identification process.
