In Louisiana, is a Title Producers license req'd? Signing in
CA , property in LA and just happened to think that maybe LA is one of the states requiring a T.P. license. I know for sure, 1 witnesses are required.

Oops, I mean 2 witnesses are req'd. Want to be sure there is
nothing unique I should know about LA property being signed in CA. Thanks for any input.

Two witnesses required. Notary NEVER witnesses in Louisiana
Always two witnesses required in addition to the notary public. There is not a title producer's license required... Hope this helps.
