having a nice week, a couple a day and three so far today, don't despair, the ebb and flow is largely dependent on the lenders and where they are marketing, but you probably already know that...

Nothing for me this month. Got a call or two but they wanted to pay less than I could afford to accept. It has been very slow for me the last 2 months.
