I still have a doubt as to how the acknowledgment should be completed when signing with a power of attorney. What should show after personally appeared .....

What about the rest of the venue is it single person with capacity or capacities?

Hilda, the Venue is at the top________State and County. If you are talking about the Statement of Particular's, John answered your question.
