Used to be good company for me. Was a 45 day payer after a reminder. Now they have reached 90 days on first invoice , 60 on the second and little more than 30 on the third. Needless to say when they called last week to schedule a closing, I said no. I sent final notice for payment . I verified that they received payment 60 days ago on the first invoice from the title company that the closing occured for and received a copy of the cashed check.
I sent final notice for payment also stating 7 days for payment or I will be going to file small claims action in the county I am in.

The reason for not making payments is that the title companys arent paying them.....Things that make you go HMMMMMMMM...

I am glad to see something on R and R.....I never had an issue with them but they now owe for a signing done 12/1/06. I sent a 2nd invoice and have heard nothing back. I'll call them on Monday and see what the problem is. I did check BBB and saw nothing listed for them. I hate to see such a good SS go bad. Thanks

Use to be good. Wonder with the slow down if they are trying to keep their ship afloat at the notary's expense.
