Back Dating items!!! please help.

Does the following statement indicate request for “back date” items, and is this illegal?

"Everything in THIS EMAIL ONLY to be dated: 12/04/2006 and ONLY ON 12/04/2006. Any other date will place file out of compliance. These are initial docs that need to be dated the date credit was run. Everything else is to be dated the day of signing..."

NOT back dating

They are probably the broker's pre-disclosures. If you don't have to Notarize anything, don't worry about it. The bwrs can put any darn date they want to on a doc. It's only back dating if you put a previous date in your Notary cert.

Jeez, calm down

No, don't calm down!

Double-checking to be sure that you're not backdating is A Good Thing.

Re: No, don't calm down!

Dont forget that you can never backdate the RTC and anything you notarize.

Re: No, don't calm down!

So, as long as I did not notarize the items its good to go.
just to clarify this is the application form and does not require notary.
