events in RTC

I recently had a 1st and 2nd signing(Countrywide). on the 1st the three events listedin the RTC are:
(1) The date of the transaction, which is _____________ ; or
(2) The date you received your Truth in Lending disclosures; or
(3) The date you received this notice of your right to cancel.
Here in the blank I filled in the current date. (all 4 copies)

On the second, I didn't notice the difference in the wording:
(1) The opening date of your account which is _____________; or
(2) The date you received your Truth in Lending disclosures; or
(3) The date you received this notice of your right to cancel.
Here too, I entered the current date. (all copies)
I don't know what is the opening date of the account. Is it the same as the transaction date?
I don't believe I have messed up too much since I haven't heard from anybody yet. But just curious since I haven't seen this before. Is the "opening date of your account" commonly used in RTC to mean the date signed?

if they have to sign and date the rtc at the bottom then you really don't need a date at the top as item #3 will cover it and thedate you recd it is at the bottom...
