National Signing Network. Anyone else dealt with this company before. They just called me for a closing tonight. I have never heard of them. I did a search and found nothing in the archives. Thanks in advance.

National Signing Network - How I got paid

Closing Date: 9/26/06
Date Paid: 11/28/06

After numerous calls and emails went unanswered, I started sending paypal invoices at the rate of 3+ per day. After a week of this, I called the TC and was paid the next day via paypal. here is the address that I sent the paypal invoice to: [e-mail address]

Note that their CO states that they pay within 2 weeks of receipt of payment from title company.

Did a closing for them 10/12/2006 - have sent 5 e-mails, left 3 messages and still no payment.

I did a signing in October 06 that was a no-sign due to numerous paperwork errors. After repeated attempts for my trip/print fee (not to mention how much time I was at the borrower's home), I was finally paid $75 in early-January 07. In this Friday's, 1/26, mail the check was returned by my bank for insufficient funds--it's pretty bad when you can't pay a $75 check. Now I'm back to getting my money plus my bank fees.

As a follow-up to the bounced check, after several emails, Brian sent me a Certified check for double the amount of the bounced check.

Not a real promising outlook. I did an extended travel closing for them 10/17/06 and have had no response to my invoices. I believe I may try the Paypal route. Thanks!

As of today, February 12th, I still do not have a payment for a closing that I completed in October. They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls.
