Ditech - Missouri

I was just told by someone that Missouri is an Attorney State for Ditech loans. How can that be because I know that Missouri is not an attorney state. Do different lenders have different requirements?

Re: Ditech - Florida

It is Ditech's "personal policy", not the law.
I have been advised by Ditech that they only like to use att'y's in FL as well.
How many Florida NSA's have signed Ditech/GMAC loans?

Re: Ditech - Florida

This is weird. I am doing a Ditech in IL tomorrow. So much for their "personal policy". I guess they vary from state to state. Thanks

I do them often. This is the first I have heard of that.

I know Debbie. It was the first I heard of it too. I've done many, like I said, I have one tomorrow.
