I must have a POA notarized/need Hungarian foreign represe..

I need to have a power of attorney notarized but the form says I need Hungarian foreign representation. Do you know what that means? Is it a special notary or will any do?Thanks for any assistance, Vicki

I have a friend who needed something notarized for property in Hungary. What a nightmare!!! They have very specific rules for how you do everything and kicked it back to her twice for non-compliance (even though we followed their procedure to a t). She ended up flying to Hungary to sign the papers and have her signature notarized by an Hungarian official.
