National Title and Closing Services, Inc. G/B/U?

They're in St. Petersburg, FL. Their website looks very professional and they claim there to have been in business a long time.

The only other post that comes up in a search was an inquiry made in June of this year, and there are no responses to it.

Any experiences?

National Title and Closing Services, Inc. - great TC

This is to share my experience with the referenced title company since there are no other reports.

I received a call from James Falkingham on July 3 for a signing late that afternoon. He agreed to my fee without hesitation. I received my check yesterday, nine days after the signing (including a holiday).

I found James very nice to work with and will take as many assignments from this TC as I can get.
