mortgage payoff help

Does anyone know of a Excel spreadsheet I can get my hands on to help me with figuring a mortgage payoff? This is for the attorney I work for.

Google "mortgage amortization"+Excel - you'll find a bunch of 'em.

Better virus scan any you download.

Is this for a privately held mortgage between 2 private parties? If not you would need a payoff letter from the lender.
