Did you find out if this FNA was a mistake or does it actually stand for something?

I just looked this up in the acronyms section of the Free Dictionary and it has it as "Also Known As".

Sorry Lee, my bad, yes, formerly. But I looked some more and found it in 2 places that say that is what it stands for.

SS didn't get back to me on this but I believe it was an error. Even if the lender meant it to read FKA instead of FNA it was still wrong... Borrower's last name was switched with current last name. Signing was re-sch. for tonight. Thanks everyone for your input.
