Keith Dean aka United Notaries

I did a closing for United Notaries owned by Keith Dean on 4/13/07. I have not been paid. He owes me $100. I know for a fact the Title co paid him because I have the check # and the clear date of when he cashed the check! I have also heard he has opened another company called Dean Notaries. Please BEWARE. It is so easy to close one company and forego all responsibility and open up another one. I am so upset. I called him on the phone asking for payment and he has no remorse at all. Do not do business with this man or for any of his companies. BEWARE...
