Commission Renewal

For those of you who have renewed your commission when it expired, do you send out a renewal 'update' announcement to any TC's or SS's that you have worked for, or to any that you have ever applied to work for?

I wouldn't want to lose any jobs because a company thought my commission expired, but this seems like a tedious process to advise everyone. One of my regulars sent me an email as a 60 day prior reminder that I wouldn't get any assignments from them unless I update their files when my commision is renewed but I haven't heard from any other company.

Thoughts?

I renewed last year and have only sent out the new paperwork as requested. It doesn't appear that I've lost any business. All of my regulars continued to call me.
