GLB Compliance Training..where is this on NotRot

On February 7th, Harry wrote:

"The compliance training document is titled Information Stewardship and Security Awareness Training, Notary Public Edition and will be available for free. If we move it into our training center, it will also be available at no cost. This document will satisfy the ISSAT requirement of the NPBC Certification and will be available to NPBC sponsors for incorporation into their respective notary public and signing agent training curricula."

Does anyone know where I can find this on NotRot? I believe he said it would be a 20 page .pdf file and that it would be available online on February 8th.
