ISSAT Training in conjunction with BGC

Am I the only one confused about the ISSAT training in conjunction with the Background Check on NotRot? I have already filled out the pages for the Background Check but this ISSAT training is listed as the first thing you need to do. The documentation says "free training is available from certain NPBC sponsors".

I did find the pdf document on the home page of NotRot about the Security Awareness training but there's no 'test'. I have been unable to find anyone offering the ISSAT training either for free or for a cost. The 'sponsors' on NotRot seem to be geared towards California notaries, except for the USNA which doesn't have any mention of such training on their website and they are closed today.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

I thought I was the only one. I have many hours in privacy training but don't know if I can get "credit" for it.
If some one knows the answers, please post. I would love to know.
