Those "pesky" confirmations

I have a "friend" who is trying her darndest to be a good closing agent. BUT... she keeps forgetting to read the confirmations through & through.
Yepper.. sometimes the print is mighty small, not every confirmation order is the same, and there are times when the information we need aren't on them.
I'm also guilty of jumping the gun & wasting a phone call when viola.. right in front of me IS the information I need. Smile
Good idea to read the instructions before you leave a closing. Smile
