any good title companies out there to get signed up with I'm a rookie

Most title companies will not take a chance on a rookie. Unless you have an inside connection with a title company who is willing to train you, you will probably need to get the experience by working for signing services. Sign up with as many of them as you can (check the list in Signing Central) and after you have completed at least 100 signings, market yourself direct to the title companies.

Good luck.

<< have done 300 signings >>

Seriously? In your first message you said you were a "rookie". You've done 300 signings and can't figure out where the title companies are?

So are the rest of us... No one here is going to hand you a list - you need to dig this info out on your own. You also need to get your story straight - either you're a rookie, or you've done 300 signings. Which is it?

You really expect members who have spent time building up their title company clients to just turn around and hand them to you on a platter?
Check the list of companies on this site and build your own list of good companies.
