You know what bothers me is that we go out of our way we do the best we can
we also have to explain most documents because LOAN officers, Brokers, and Lenders do not do it and they cannot even pay us OUR money.
Now hey do not even want to pay anything to do closings
I said that we all start saying I will not walk out my door for less than a HUNDRED and let these companies deal with a notary that just says sign and does not care about hte borrowers.

You can add Prolink, Veda Chapman and Vera Hayes from RETS. Neither one returns
calls or emails...I did a closing for them in February

You can add Velocity Signigs to that. Did a closing for them 1/10/07. No one is ever in the office and they don't return calls.

This is bad, not to get paid, I mean. However, in our business you seldom do get paid for no signs and printing fees by signing services. You need to negotiate that in writing up front. I do if I am concerned about it.

I get a good fee when I do a job and that makes me willing to let my clients slide on one print fee or no sign. You can use it to your favor. However, the ones I know about which you have listed are not exactly stellar companies these days, IMHO.

If you aren't already, start recharging your own toner cartridges and buy your paper in bulk. Printing is ultra cheap that way...about $2.50 a set. Consider it the occasional cost of doing business if you aren't negotiating no sign and print fees up front.

Be very causious on doing signings for Pinnacle. I did a signing 4/12/07 and have yet to receive a check. Notified them several times only to get the run around of we'll check and get back to you ASAP. Sent a note to the Lender and Pinnacle responded to me quickly after that to say the check will be mailed today. We'll see, I'm not going to hold my breath on it.
