I am not a Maryland closer

but if memory serves me right, you must have a Title Producers License in that state before you ever start marketing to anyone.

Concentrate on getting your title producers license first and work for a title company. We are a dime a dozen here now.

yes, I agree with Loretta and I have been doing this for 5 years now... oversaturated... not sure I would do this full time if I haven't been already for so long... market is slowing down.
