Harry/NR--Website Search Issues

I responded to post #219110 referring to Title Resource Group. Last week I posted thread #218324 regarding this co. and when I did a search the the thread didn't show up. I even tried searching for the subject word for word and nothing....

I wanted to put something on the forum so people would see it if they did do a search...there is nothing on Signing Central either, and when I attempted to add them, I got a message saying the company was already in the database.

Thanks for your attention to this matter, and for offering such a great resource.

I have noticed that if a thread is super-recent, it will not show up on a search. If I responded in that same thread, it will show up in a search of my own posts (I believe that feature is only available to Premier Members).

The reason you get a message that a company is already listed, is because they have a basic or premier notary listing in their zip code. Harry or one of his crew checks it out and makes the corrections, and then they notify you.

Sometimes they are not in Signing Central because when they were first put on that list they only serviced or were only licensed in one state or a few states, so they are not visible to you but may be visible to notaries in the states where they say they do business.

I had the same issue and I used the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to advise Harry and Tracy and they corrected it. It was a company showing that they only did business in a few states and now they are nationwide.
