More interesting was the link suggesting that values will
fall 40% over next few of years. Who will sell? Too much buyer's mkt. already. Just found house of my dreams today, cannot offer as I would need to sell; my neighborhood already overloaded w/for sale signs, a lot of "Buy Owner" by those who are no longer listing w/RE agent. Haven't got enough to set myself apart from the masses in my favor.
