I was there in August and attended a time share presentation. When the girl found out that I did remote loan signings, she said I could stay busy year round doing timeshare signings for tourists. I tried to talk my wife into selling out and buying a fishing boat. Needless to say, I am still in California:-)

My son will be moving there in Jan. I'm thought I'd look into it for him. Here, there's no reason for him to even try this biz. But the timeshare thing sounds good...
Of course, I'd have to force myself to go visit him.

This is great to know.... we are planning to move there in a year or so for retirement, and I was planning to do signings if possible..... good supplemental income.
