If there's anyone out there that fits this bill would you please PM me? I have a problem collecting and I need some information. What I'm trying to do is locate the SA that did a split signing with me and can't find any info anywhere. Thanks!

There are many NSA's in CO. Why don't you just post their name, and ask them to contact you? If you did not get paid chances are they didn't either.

it's possible they don't even live near Commerce City -- someone may have thought it was lucrative to drive up from the Springs or down from Ft. Collins ...

No, the SA isn't registered here at NotRot and I'm having a difficult time finding him. The Lender is California based and I just got word from them what they need in order to pay us both. I've written to the Colorado borrowers as they have an unlisted phone number and I've done all that I can do. This kinda surprised me...it's not about back stabbing SA's, lowballers, or anything like that. Just one SA trying to locate another with payment information.
