Anyone ever do business w/SoCal Signing?

I have done a few closings for them and have had no problems. Paid agreed fee and within 30 days.

I did a job for them on June 23, and I had to go back for a Quit Claim.
They just paid me for the job at the end of August, but did not pay for the return trip quit claim. I have emailed and faxed Lisa, but have not had the courtesy of a reply.
So, currently I am not sure what is up with them.
