what exactly are you looking for? There is no such thing as a credible witness ack in PA. If you use a credible witness, you only have your signer listed in the ack block. YOUR PERSONAL knowledge of the witness is your id which doesn't get recorded anywhere although I personally would note it in the remarks section of my register. Maybe I don't understand what you're looking for.
