I did a few with them at first - very low pay and tons of fax backs. Be careful-- they had Tristar Title drop out and they almost didn' pay me and my associate. We both had to finally get firm and demand our money. If we hadn't,. they still would be sending out emails saying "We didn't make any money this month so sorry you don't get your cut we promised at the beginning of this whole fiasco."

The search button is a wonderful tool to use before you accept an assignment. Even with a company that has always paid -- especially in this market climate. I will link this thread so future searches will show the history.

I used to do several a month from them. I would only do them if they met my fee. They always had to try and find someone else first, then they would call me back. I haven't heard a word from them since Tri-Star Title went under. I also bartered with them on the fax backs. I complied the first couple times, but after that I told them I would fax the HUD and tracking # only. I gave them the option of additional fax backs with an additional $15 or the HUD and tracking. They took the latter. I had no problems getting paid, but have read that they are getting very very slow and offering payment options. I would be careful with them.
