Has anone been paid from Notary Connection

I sent a demand letter 10 days ago-and called over there to let Gloria know I would be filing in small claims next week. She gave me some rock and roll about the owner being out of town until Monday. I was just wondering if I apply pressure -will I get paid / Thanks

been over a year and i get the same thing the owner is out of town... fax every month and nothing.......... how do i do collections
