How were you able to fax thru magic jack? I am still trying to get mine to function properly to talk without getting cutoff! LOL!
My thirty day trial is almost over.....Do you just have it on one phone?

They only reply thru a messaging thing and they just repeat whats already on the screen. I figured I would stick the 30 days out to see if all the kinks work themselves out.....I have 9 days left.....If it doesnt work though its free I may just go to VONAGE for headaches sake...

I do not have a high speed dsl. Just the regular 740bps. I used a panasonic fax machine and the connection error setup been turn off(don't ask me how)and just feed the pages one by one. I think I could have sent more pages but my wireless connection was disconected because I am having problems with my dsl.
Yesterday I switch to 3.0mbps but this morning I called them to put me back to 740kbps since I do not really need that big speed.
In regards to voice calls with magic jack, I have been very happy with it. Can even complain because at that price you can't really complain. Sometimes you hear a noisy call but just hung up and call again and you will have a nice and clear conversation.

Right now I have to call an average of three times before I get a clear connection. I guess its not TOO bad for the price....Spoiled on convenience I guess......

I have magic jack and calls are pretty clear. But I can only get it to fax one page at a time. I have error correction off and the baud rate at 9600. That alone took me several hours to figure out.
I have a hp officejet 4110 that I am using. If you have any suggestions it would be much appreicated.

I have tried magic jack and the faxes are working better with the corrections they recommended- since i purchased two i can also fax from one computer to the next or from one computer to the fax. Lots to learn, but looks good so far. Clarity is not always the best and sometimes i need to call people back but well worth the costs
