I saw some negative info on Blue Sky Closings out of Tampa but this group is Blue Sky Settlement Services LLC out of Phoenix. Is that who you are talking about or is it the group out of Tampa? Thanks.

I do believe they were out of AZ- however this was a long time ago and only did 1. Sorry I dont have any more information.
