Hard Core solutions- Anyone w/ recent experience?

Search shows last input of 11/5/07 and it seems they were trying to right some problems. They have called me for a closing on Friday morning and I am semi-uncomfortable with this based on posts. Any one with recent experience???

I accepted a closing 12/11 from them and was paid on 1/15.

In their latest email they did say:

"Beginning January 1, 2007 we will need a certificate verifying that you have received a background check from one of the notary organizations, perferably (sp) the National Notary Association (NNA)."

Now I disagree with that as you cut out the NNA and get it from NotaryRotary or from Lexus Nexis directly.

I did one for them and they took over 60 days to pay. Before they did pay I had to deal with several emails asking for the same inforrmation.

I did a case for them last week, but...I made it very clear that I expect payment WITHIN 30 days and not 45 days as they state in their instructions. We shall see.
