"Mini Boom" How, where, when, and why dont I have any more

business? I had 2 on Friday the 1st; and none on the books for this week. Actually had a day off today. (3 year old in daycare and no signings) What is going on? Most of my clients say they are busy. What does your schedules look like for this week? Just curious....I am nervous about the start of this month so far. Thanks for you input!!!!!

Loan modifications here.

2 last Friday, 1 last Saturday and 1 for this Friday. I turned down 1 refi today because it's too far away.

I also had 2 on Friday, neither of which actually closed. Had an "emergency" closing this AM. Nothing else on the books. I hope it picks up.

Slow here in Central Wisconsin. Something tells me this month is going to be slow for our area. Funny thing is I wouldnt of gone anywhere today anyway, bad weather conditions. Snow with a mix of freezing rain. I was sitting in my office today, watching it snow, saw a flash of light and then a couple of seconds later there was thunder. That was weird. Maybe I shouldnt of watched War of the Worlds the other night

End of Jan was good and Feb is looking up . 3 today :-) 4 already scheduled for rest of week. Hope there is more to come. I did a Modification today. O/N docs at my regular fee. Yipee...
I even turned 2 down because of distance. Let's keep it going...

Things had gotten so bad that I took a part time job to help get "over the hump". Now things are breaking out all over! I hooked up with 3 different r/e agents that are specializing in short sales and things are just over the top here! I even had to get my partner out of moth balls to come in and help! Interesting part is that all the new buyers are pre-approved and I'm seeing big homes going to bid for what I consider next to nothing. My contacts tell me that if things hold we should be busy for the next 6 weeks.
