one call title services
Has anyone had any trouble collecting from them. Can't seem to find a real address for them. If anyone has any info on them. please let me know. Thanks to anyone for your help.

We need to know if anyone has any issues with them. Have done a few signings for them (office in PA/FL) and now can't reach them at all. Found out that the "office" in FL is a UPS store address. Red flag!!!!

I know found that out. Also was told today when I called a cell phone listed on the search i did , I called it was nikii, she said she worked out of her house and they are out of business. So did the phil guy also. Neither one would give me a real address.

yes I am in virginia, have another friend who is lives here and is also out of about 450.00. I know this is the chance we take but maybe if we all get together and give all info we have , then maybe we can get this guy.

They pay for One Call - my 1099 from them came from the above address.
I reached Phil Burton today, he said they have new phone system at One Call: 866-685-7111
Said he was no longer working for them. Called it, gave lots of menus, I made a few picks, then after each got an automatic hang up. Asking for title specialist gave me, "Sorry, mailbox full. Cannot take messages" Wasted about 30 min. of my life that I will never regain. {That is not counting the 2 signings I am owed and the time involved with them.}
Phil Burton: 609-828-9805 (today was first time he answered, previously got voice mail which was not returned. As I started my spiel, I could just see deer in the headlights!)

Upon some investigation it appears they are out of business. BEWARE!!!!! They operate out of Sarasota, FL. Thanks to the person who emailed me w/physical address. I suspect they are one of those companies that opens up an office, works it for a while, closes up & then opens somewhere else. Some names are Mike Hudlow (listed as Partner-- it is an LLC, unfortunately), Nikki Sclafani & Phil. Deb was able to determine that Nikki & Phil were working out of their homes????? These were FHA loans, and I am planning to contact the lender.

If anyone figures out a connection between companies that do this, report them to the AG of their state. I recently reported a "fine" Ohio company for this. Not paying isn't fraud. It's not a crime. However, closing your doors owing money and opening a new business exactly the same as the first with the same cilents is something an AG would like to know about.
