CA Subscribing Witness - SOS Response

For those that are interested, I spoke with the SOS and they stated that the Subscribing Witness Acknowledgement/Jurart has not changed at all, you must personally know the SW or CW if needed, and NO ID is required. The Penalty of Perjury clause is not to be included.

IMHO, if I am ever required to use this Ack/Jurat, I will obtaining the ID of the SW (and CW if needed) and ask that the SW provide ID information of the principal, but per the SOS this is not required at all.
