HOW DO I GET LISTED?

I have been a member of Notary Rotary since March 2007, but I did a zip code search and I didn't show up as a notary. Did I do something wrong when I listed???

Please, any information would be helpful.

Candy

Sometimes being a premium member helps.

Are you?

You are a premium right. If you are having problems I would let them know because I have been on it for 3 days and I haven't.

How many notaries are listed in your area? Only the first 25 are listed, so depending on how many there are and how close you are to the center of your zip code, you may never show up in a basic listing.

Check the number of premier members close to you; if there are less than 25 in your zip code, that's where you want to be seen. It is well worth the money to become a premier member. Most will tell you they recaptured the expense very quickly. Also, it's not just for loan work - I've gotten a number of general mobile notary jobs (including an emergency on New Years Day) from people who are looking for notaries and find Notary Rotary at the top of the search listings.

It would help to know your zip. When I first joined, even as a premium member, I was way down the list because of the number of notaries listed in my area. I would think that an area that is even more saturated than mine, you could be a premium member and not be listed in the first 25.

Over time, as Harry has deleted those who have gone on to other things (or given up), I have moved up to where I am usually listed in the first couple of listings depending on the local zip code used tp search.
