Need help with new line on acknowledgement page of deed

Has any one seen this new line added to the Notary Acknowledgement for the deed of trust?

Just below the Notary Public signature line there is a line that states "This is to Certify that

this instrument was prepared by ______________________________________________"_
(name, title and /or capacity)

What does this mean? This instrument was not prepared by the notary. Also there is not

space for the notary to place a seal. How should I handle this one? Attached my own Acknowledgement?

Every Deed of Trust I have seen in Maryland has that wording after the notorial wording in the Affidavit of Consideration. It is where however prepared the Deed of Trust certfies they prepared it. ( Either a party to the instrument, or a licensed attorney).

Correction

' It is where however prepared the Deed of Trust certfies they prepared it. ( Either a party to the instrument, or a licensed attorney).'

Should say "whoever" not however.
