Why is NotRot board being used for innuendo?

I don't know what problem Diane Cipa/AK has with NREIS, but she apparently has a bone to pick and is using this forum to advance her cause. On 11/15/2007 she posted that maybe they were going the way of Express Financial, then again on 11/26/2007, she post something about a PA company filing bankruptcy on 11/21/2007, and hinted as to whether it was NREIS. Now today she again posts a negative post about NREIS going out of business and claims that someone else also posted they were closing their business. I did a search and the only one claiming this is Diane Cipa. I have asked for factual verification of her statements and she provides none. If the company hasn't paid the NSA's or something of that nature why is this company being slammed on this board. Why should notary's be lead to believe that this company is shady or a problem when there is nothing factual to substantiate the claims that Diane Cipa is making. Notary's rely on this board for updates on bad or non-paying companies, IMHO, it shouldn't be used for spreading rumors and innuendo because it diminishes the credibility of the site.

innuendo seems to be about the only thing that Diane is capable of! As I've mentioned before I really don't understand the fanfare or the credibility conferred on her. In my experience respect is earned.

You and me both. Her posts sound more like a spokesman for a politician than anything else to me. I've never understood the big boner so many people on the board have over her.

She obviously has experience, but so do thousands of other people.

What eggsactly is a "Diane Cipa?" She must not have a lot to do as she is always busy writing things, most of which are.........................?
